Safety/durability disclaimer:

Your pet should NOT be unattended when wearing their bandana and should be supervised at all times! 

Use caution when unsnapping our bandanas as our fabric is not indestructible. Pull close to the snap to open and do so gently!

Our bandanas are meant to last, but they are not indestructible, especially not up to puppy teeth! 

Plume Pup Co is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to follow our recommendations

Size disclaimer:

All our products are handmade using varying material types, meaning there will be slight variation between each bandana. 

Color/pattern disclaimer:

We do our best to display the color of each product as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will vary depending on the device, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display an accurate depiction of the product. Due to the handmade nature of the products the pattern placement may vary, making your bandana unique to you! 

Processing Time:

All our bandanas are pre-made in an effort to get our product to you as soon as possible! Our current processing time is 3-5 business days after date of purchase!

Shipping Policy:

Canada:

Untracked oversized letter mail shipping is a flat rate of $5 and is available on orders with solely bandanas, scrunchies and hair bows. If you would like tracked, faster shipping please select one of the paid options at checkout! Shipping for all other items is a flat rate of $12 and includes tracking.

United States:

Tracked shipping within the US starts at $15 CAD.

International:

For international orders we will ship using your local shipping provider based off the option you choose at checkout!
